Once you’ve optimized a few key areas or made some changes in direction regarding previous practices, you’re going to see how much more efficient & streamlined your business processes have become.

  • Great list of steps, Chris! My favorite is number five: Make your emails Mobile Responsive. It amazes me when I open an email on my phone from a well-established online business — and I can’t even read it because of the tiny fonts and the layout spreads out of view!
