
ONE APP FOR ALL
When Yrgo noticed that their important student information only reached a third of their students, they decided that they needed a change.
Enter eMarketeer. In the same tool that Yrgo build their emails and surveys, Yrgo built mobile apps, one for their students and one for the teachers. As they already had all content that they wanted in the app ready, they built the app with just a few clicks. And guess what. The students love it and the majority of them use it every day since they can access schedules, FAQ’s and have the ability to book exams – all in one place. Yrgo increased their reach from a third to ALL of the students.

LESS WORKLOAD, LESS SPENDING
Before the app, Yrgo’s staff dealt with rebookings, incoming questions and requests and administrative work manually. Without clear processes, the staff had to answer the same questions and do the same tasks over and over again. Today, they just answer the incoming questions with “you find it all in the app!”
With less administrative work, 1 person can do what 7 people used to do, freeing up more time for other important tasks.

The mobile app is one way for efficient processes and happy students, but that’s not all.
Landing pages, emails, surveys and automations are all part of Yrgo’s current and future marketing plans. All content, design and structure are done by the Yrgo staff themselves and to use Robert Hagsten’s, Yrgo’s principal, own words: “We do it all by ourselves, and it looks so professional – it’s as if a marketing agency has done it!”
